This is a little Hazel Atlas Glass Creamer & Sugar set, with Yellow Plastic Lids.  They both have "Federal Tool Corp. Chicago" on the bottoms, along with "5042" on the Creamer & "5043" on the Sugar.  Both pieces measure approximately 3" across, at their widest point, and the Creamer stands 4 1/4" tall, w/lid, and the Sugar stands 3 3/4" tall.  There is no spoon with this set.
