This is a black leather Safariland police officer gun belt and holster.  It also has 3 matching, removable keepers.  The holster and belt are both stamped "Safariland".  The holster is also stamped "Monrovia Calif. Patented, 229 S&W, MD/FR.  The belt has "32" on one end, but it measures 40" from end to end.  The buckle is solid brass.  The holster was used for a .38 Model 15.
