This is a vintage powder or trinket box.  Backstamped "Made in Japan".  This box is a triangle pattern, both in shape and design.  The pattern is multi-colored triangles.  There is some crazing.  A great collectible covered bowl - it measures approximately 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" .
